From an agency marketplace to a global platform.

Founded in the UK
TheJobPost, now RAMP.Global, starts in 2010 as a recruitment agency marketplace connecting employers with new agencies. The company is registered in the UK and the headquarters is still in London.

Innovate UK grant
An Innovate UK grant supports new market opportunities and further development of the technology. The funding goes into the product that matches employers with agencies, which is what the platform still does.

End-to-end platform
The marketplace becomes a full agency management platform to meet a growing need from employers. A role, the agencies on it, the candidates and the fee move into one workflow instead of a list of introductions.

30 countries across EMEA
Local agencies across EMEA are connected with global employers. The network reaches 30 countries, so a company can work with agencies that already recruit in the country it is hiring into.

Rebranded as RAMP.Global
The new name reflects how the company has grown into a global platform for employers and staffing agencies. Customers know it as RAMP.Global. The registered company is still TheJobPost Limited.

23,000 agencies
The offer expands to 50 countries, an office opens in Slovakia, and the network passes 23,000 agencies. London remains the headquarters, Poprad covers EMEA and Bangalore is the APAC office.

£1 billion in agency fees
The platform passes £1 billion of agency fees processed. Employers and agencies post and settle those fees through the same platform they use to fill the role.
