FAQ

Everything you need to know, in a click.

Answers for new and existing employers and for the agencies that work with them. Companies usually ask how to open an account, what it costs and whether they can bring the agencies they already use. Agencies usually ask whether it is free, which roles they have to take and when they get paid. Anything missing? Call or email the team.

How do I set up an account?

Standard and professional accounts start with employer registration on the RAMP platform. For an enterprise licence, call or email the team and we will look at your current agency process together.

Do you support permanent or contract roles?

Yes. You can hire talent for both permanent employees and contractors through the recruitment partners on RAMP's talent sourcing platform.

How much does RAMP cost?

A standard account is free. A professional account is paid when you make a hire. An enterprise account is an annual licence based on the number of users, agencies managed and countries you hire into for global talent acquisition.

Is there a minimum term contract?

A standard account has no fixed term. Customers on professional and enterprise accounts typically sign up for two years.

Can I add my own staffing agencies through RAMP.Global?

Absolutely. During onboarding to the platform, you can add any of your existing agencies to RAMP.Global. They go through an expedited vetting process and are set up to be approved to work with you. You can also refer new agencies that express an interest to us, and we will onboard them on your behalf.

Is it really free to join?

Yes. There is no subscription, no monthly fee and no upfront cost. When you place a candidate, RAMP takes a small percentage of the fee, agreed before you start working on the role.

Do I have to take every role I am matched with?

No. You choose which roles to work on. If a role does not fit your candidates or region, you ignore it, with no penalty.

What happens after I submit a candidate?

You track interview stages, feedback and the outcome in one portal. When a placement is confirmed, you raise one invoice and are paid within 30 days.

Can I work on roles outside my usual region or specialism?

You are matched on the expertise and coverage you tell us about. To expand into new areas, update your profile and RAMP will surface relevant roles as they come in.
