John Paul Caffery
Founder & CEO
John Paul has worked across the recruitment and HR technology market for 20 years and is responsible for leading the business and growth of the platform. Since Ramp Global’s inception, he has raised significant investment to develop the technology platform and build the team.
Geoff Curry
Chief Operating Officer
Geoff has built, run and transformed businesses in media, digital, recruitment technology and SaaS to deliver exceptional growth and revenue results. His role at RAMP Global is to manage central commercial operations and product development.
Tomas Korenko
Chief Technology Officer
Tomas has 15 years’ experience in software development, from operating system integrations and fintech infrastructure to leading teams in e-commerce and cybersecurity. He leads the RAMP Global developers to enhance and improve the platform.
Lenna Thompson
Chief Commercial & Customer Officer
Lenna has 16 years in the recruitment industry across corporate and early-stage businesses. She manages RAMP Global’s key accounts and works with account managers to increase agency engagement, fulfilment, time-to-hire and cost savings.
Jovan Sterling-Noel
Head of Growth
Jovan has been immersed in the recruitment and HR technology market for over a decade, leading product marketing and growth at RAMP Global and expanding the platform’s capabilities and global market presence.
Kel Lagaj
Enterprise Solutions Director
Kel leads RAMP.Global’s go-to-market strategy, bringing expertise from recruitment, SaaS and HR technology to drive growth and deliver value to clients and partners.
Katherine Toffoli
Head of Product
Katherine manages the RAMP Global platform, overseeing the roadmap and working with clients and internal teams to develop performance and customer-experience led features.
Daniel Collins
Head of Contractor Solutions
Dan is responsible for the operational excellence of contractor management solutions. With 15 years’ experience in the RPO/MSP industry, he focuses on supply chain optimisation and new-win implementations.
Dominic Buttery
Finance Manager
Dominic is an ICAEW ACA chartered accountant with a career covering taxation, audit and financial management. He is Finance Manager for RAMP.Global in London.
Brad Collins
Board Advisor
Brad has a proven track record of investing in and advising high-growth HR technology companies. Previously on the executive team at Velocity Global, he helped lead the company through over 20x revenue growth.
Daniel Adams
In-house Legal Counsel
Daniel has over 20 years of experience advising international media and technology companies. He supports commercial and contractual matters from investment to SaaS agreements, data protection and intellectual property.
